However, as compared to other products it has very less amount of negatives as per my personal opinions and findings, so let’s discuss them.
WP Social Ninja Chat widget unifies the multiple chat platforms in a single place but having the option to chat right from the chat window without leaving for the actual chat platform would be great.
Currently, when you click on a particular chat platform from the WP Social Ninja chat widget it will lead you to the respective website or app of that particular platform which is not good in my opinion as I never would want my site visitors to leave my site.
I believe they are looking forward to improving the product so they will definitely consider this and overcome this CON in the coming future.
The lack of advanced customization is one of the main CONS of WP Social Ninja. I think it would be great if they add an option to fully customize the look and feel of the templates according to go above and beyond with the styling and customization.
For example;
This is a point which I really wanted to talk about but to be very honest along with the entire community that is passionate about this product I also think that being a very new product in the market it should be cheaper as compared to its launching early adopter pricing which is already on 50% discount compared.
In my opinion, as soon as they add up more features they could increase the pricing gradually which makes sense for me, but looks like the WP Social Ninja team is 100% confident that the pricing is right as after 7th October the pricing is almost going to be doubled and maybe there wouldn’t be any lifetime deal like their other product FluentCRM.
However, people are purchasing this product even at the current price point which clearly explains if you’re having a well-established strong brand with a good track record then people will buy from you even if your products are expensive.
