These knowledge sources and agents are the backbone of your MindPal experience. You can connect an agent with any knowledge sources to chat with it personally or make chatbots that you can share to other people and embed on your own websites.
MindPal can learn any type of file (audio, video, PDF, CSV, JSON, Text, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) or website. Paid users can upload multiple files/links at the same time and can have the option to scrape all sub-pages of one website at one time without having to input individual sub-pages.
The document and URL you uploaded are securely stored on AWS servers in the US. Only authorized MindPal engineers can access your data, and it will solely be used for maintenance purposes.
You can share a link, embed an iframe, or add a chat bubble to your website. Simply build a chatbot and click ‘Publish’, and you will receive the specific instructions and the code to do this.
Each MindPal chatbot is based on an agent. You can customize the agent’s base prompt to have it behave according to your requirements.
