How does the white-label partnership work?
We sign an NDA before any project details are shared. We work inside your staging environment, communicate through your preferred channels, and deliver everything with your agency’s branding. No SyncWin attribution appears anywhere on deliverables or in communications your client might see. Your client knows only you.
Is there a minimum commitment for the retainer?
Yes, the monthly retainer requires a minimum 3-month commitment. This applies to both the Direct Support and White-Label Partnership options. It allows us to allocate consistent capacity to your account and build a working rhythm that makes each month more efficient than the last. One-time projects have no minimum commitment.
What CSS frameworks do you work with?
ACSS (Automatic CSS), Core Framework, Fancy Framework, Winden, WindPress, and vanilla CSS. We can build in any of these, convert between them, or work within whatever framework your existing project uses. We do not force a preference — we work with what is right for your project.
What do I need to provide to get started?
After the discovery call, we will send a brief checklist based on your specific project. Typically this includes access to your staging site, a Figma file or design reference if applicable, brand assets, and any content or copy. For ongoing retainers, we set up a shared workspace and intake process that makes submitting new tasks fast and consistent.
How do revisions work?
Up to 5 rounds of revisions are included in every project. A revision round means you review the work, compile your feedback in one batch, and we implement all of it. We do not charge for revisions that fall within the original scope. If a request involves new scope or significant design changes, we discuss it openly before proceeding.
Can I start with a single task to test quality before committing?
Yes, and this is often how the best long-term partnerships start. A single task or small project lets you see how we work, how we communicate, and what the output looks like before you commit to anything bigger. There is no pressure to move to a retainer after a one-time project. We let the work speak for itself.
