If you're on the fence about purchasing a form builder plugin for your WordPress websites or business, but not sure which one would suit your needs, then this comparison post is going to help you make the right decision of grabbing the best form builder.
In this post, I am planning to compare only the best form builder plugins in the WordPress zone side by side using a table chart.
Currently, you could find Fluent Forms, HappyForms, Piotnet Forms, Bit Form, and Gravity Forms in the table chart but I will try to keep adding more options with time.
All the above-mentioned form builder plugins are compatible with Oxygen Builder which is my primary website building tool at this moment followed by Elementor, also they're very lightweight which is a great thing if website performance is one of your main priorities.
However, I have good news for you!
If you're a Lifetime Deal lover and missed out on the opportunity to grab the most popular Fluent Forms LTD when their pricing was affordable, then you would love this post as I have brought a few most powerful yet underrated form builders for you in this comparison post.
Those are Piotnet Forms and Bit Form, I have both the products for personally using on my sites as well as my client's projects.
Currently, Piotnet Forms as well as Bit Form are on LTD (Lifetime Deal) at a very affordable price and I think both the form builders have a huge potential to compete with other big players in the future if the developers keep innovating and updating the plugins.
This is not going to be a full-fledged review of these form builder plugins, but you will find a side-by-side features comparison table chart that can make your decision a little easier hopefully.
Usually, I make these kinds of side by side comparison for my personal benefits as it always helps me to decide which product should I consider, but whenever I put my effort to create the comparisons I always publish it on this website so that others can also take advantage of my research.
All the listed features on the table chart are collected from the official websites, documentation pages as well as from my personal experience of testing a few of them.
Fluent Forms, Gravity Forms, and Bit Form have well-structured documentation and feature listing so you could find most of the details on their official websites.
On the other hand, Piotnet Forms has an average documentation and HappyForms has the most useless documentation and features listings in my opinion so you couldn't find everything on their website alone.
Disclaimer: I have tried my best to list all the features of the mentioned form builder plugins in the comparison table chart, but it's possible that I might have missed something or some of the information is inaccurate as I don't have the licenses of each these plugins so I couldn't test them personally.
Therefore, in that case, if you find something that needs to be added or updated on the comparison chart, please feel free to let me know in the comment box and I would update the needful as soon as humanly possible.
If you want to settle with a more established form builder plugin, then go for either Gravity Forms or Fluent Forms as both have huge brand value and they are also great in terms of features and capabilities.
Also, the pricing for both Gravity and Fluent Forms is affordable if you look at their yearly subscription pricing.
One thing I don't like about Gravity Forms is that you have to install multiple add-ons if you want to leverage all of its capabilities and integrations which is a minus point in my opinion as I don't like installing multiple plugins for one single purpose.
On the other hand, I really Like Fluent Forms but being an LTD lover I hate their unreasonable pricing for the lifetime deal which might seem fine for you but it's too much for me for a form builder plugin, to be honest.
After extensive research and comparing all of these plugins I found that Piotnet Forms and Bit Form are great in terms of features and possibilities if you're looking for a form builder with an affordable lifetime deal.
However, I made the decision to purchase the Piotnet Forms as it has some advanced features like Woocommece & ACF Integration, Range Slider, WebHook, Visual Checkbox, and Radio Buttons etcetera.
Also, the Bit Form is not yet advanced as the Piotnet Forms but the team behind this product is willing to improve the product and they are very helpful and responsive on Facebook.
If you want to read a detailed review about the Piotnet Forms Plugin then check it out here; https://syncwin.com/review/piotnet-forms/.
I think every serious business owner, web designer, and developer who uses WordPress should consider grabbing the LTD license for Piotnet Forms AND/OR the Bit Form which could save a lot of money on a yearly subscription for other form builder plugins.
In this comparison post, I have tried my best to compare FluentForms, Gravity Forms, HappyForms, Bit Form, and Piotnet Forms side by side without being BIAS as every listed feature in the above table chart has been captured from the official websites and documentation pages.
Also, I have shared my personal opinion about each of these products because the motive behind creating this comparison table was to decide which one should I purchase for my business.
